Team By Louisa is the current wellness platform developed by By Louisa. We offer up to 10 pre-recorded classes a week including Bodyweight HIIT, Strength & HIIT, Mini Bands, Full Body Strength, Tutorial Videos, Yoga, Mindfulness, Pilates, Recipes and MORE. Upon sign up, your employees will receive access to a huge library of nearly 300 pre-recorded classes with new classes added daily. We will charge a fee based on the amount of employees you would like to have access. Once the fee has been agreed, we will share an exclusive code for your employees to use upon sign up so that they won’t be charged. They will then be able to access this platform and participate in any of the classes in their own time.

Bespoke Live Classes.

Bespoke and tailored classes from Personal Trainer, Louisa Daniels via a communication platform of your choice. Louisa is a Level 3 qualified PT who specialises in teaching Strength, HIIT and Resistance classes. Each class would be tailored to your company and it’s employees, with classes for mixed abilities, beginners and/or advanced. Each class would be live in real time with regular communication between Louisa and your employees, enabling better instruction.

Bespoke Wellness Membership.

The real deal. The aim of the Bespoke Wellness Membership is to create a community amongst the workforce and therefore shift the wellness culture. We would work closely with your team to create and build a bespoke platform exclusively for all employees, where they would gain access to tailored classes from Louisa and her team of instructors. Classes can be tailored to meet the needs of your employees, quick and easy recipes can be developed and mindfulness sessions can be short and sweet for employees that just want to log on for a five minute breather in their lunch break. All classes would be pre-recorded and uploaded remotely for your employees to access at anytime they need. Employees can do the classes together or apart. This would be the tool you would need to help build a wellness community at your company and improve the overall health and happiness of your employees therefore improving the productivity, cohesiveness and resilience of your workforce.
