Group PT.

Can’t quite commit to the above? Group PT might just be the one for you. Get together with a group of four and train as one. Sadly, the studio cannot accommodate more than two, so I train Group PT from Station Mill in Alresford. Make an event of this with a close group of friends and reap the benefits of a Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost. Classes.

Louisa runs an Ultimate Home Fitness Programme called Team By Louisa. The online membership gives members access to 5 online workouts a week including, Strength, Mini Bands, HIIT, Yoga and Pilates as well as a huge library of dozens and dozens of recorded classes. Members also gain access to weekly nutritional advice and content as well as weekly Mindfulness sessions.
