The By Louisa studio is an extremely private, clean and inspiring space based in Shawford, just a short drive from Winchester.  The studio is complete with a vast range of state of the art kit that helps Louisa train all clients according to their goals and needs. Louisa loves to utilise this space for brilliant circuit and HIIT work as well as boxing and rowing all personally tailored for each individual. The studio is also fitted with a fantastic sound system and Louisa encourages your choice of music to lift the energy and help get the serotonin flowing!
